SHIPPING POLICY
Getting an order completed depends on out current turnaround time but I aim to get all orders made and shipped as quick as I can.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen upon ordering.

Return to Sender
If your item has been sent back to me due to various reasons, ie. recipient didn't collect from Post Office Depot, Incorrect address etc, then you as the customer are liable for new delivery charges

Please contact me if your order hasn't turned up and I will look into this for you.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
I do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised orders.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I do accept exchanges on non personalised/custom orders, contact me within 7 days of delivery, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must be returned in there original condition.

I do accept cancellations with in 7 days of order being placed, I do not accept cancellations on personalised orders if your item has already been made. If you wish to cancel an order please contact me via email on the-handmade-co@outlook.com
